This is probably my third journal from IJ, and the first one I have put together myself. It turned out to be very easy to do, and now I can show it off -- "I made this!" The leather is beautiful as always. While I was putting the journal together, there were some times it seemed my stitches were going to look loose and sloppy, but no, now that it's done it looks perfect, it's bound exactly as tightly as it needs to be, and the X-stitches give it a really cool artisanal look. I love it!
